Since 2006, the Worcester Wreath Company out of Harrington, Maine, with the assistance of the Civil Air Patrol and other civic organizations, has helped honor the memories of our service members and their families by placing wreaths on the headstones of those laid to rest at our nation’s national cemeteries. Remember the fallen. Honor those that serve and their families, and
Teach our children the
value of freedom. Every December, the Auburn Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, along with Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery and other organizations, coordinate to sponsor as many wreaths as possible to ensure we fulfill the promise; but we need your help. The wreaths, like the freedoms we enjoy today, are not free. We rely on the local community to sponsor these hand-made wreaths, and to help us place the wreaths after the ceremony.
