Edgard had to return to Nicaragua for a few days. Maria is having some problems with her visa and Edgard is trying to help her with it. Please keep them in prayer.

We had a good turn out for last Sunday's service. Neil Ruda did a fantastic jog speaking in the service. It was a great day. We thank God for His visitation as well. Be blessed everyone.

Sunday, Nov. 24 our church will have a Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. In the morning worship Missionary Neil Ruda will be with us and will be the guest speaker. We are trusting that we will have a good crowd and everyone leaves a few pounds heavier. Everyday is a good day to be thankful.

There are so many people that I know that are having to deal with so many things in their lives. It is sad that so much is happening and I wonder how people who do not know God handles life's problems. Sometimes it is difficult for the believer so it is understandable that many who do not know Jesus Christ are unable to handle the load of life. Some we know have chosen to end things by taking their own life. The devil persuades some that that is the easy way out, however, the problem just becomes even more intense with no end.
I think that as believers that we just need to slow down a bit and follow the Scripture command of "praying for each other."
You can probably tell by now that it seems every day that it comes to our attention of someone sick, facing surgery, a love one killed, relationships in shambles. It just doesn't end. It will someday when "I become like he is." What a day that will be! Can anyone say "amen."

We had a wonderful service this morning. We were visited by the Holy Spirit an two other wonderful surprises. Missionaries to Ecuador Mike and Susan Escoe visited with us. We were so glad that they came to our church. Our people provided a surprise lunch for everyone. It was a surprise for Pastor appreciation and our 53rd anniversary. As usual the tacos were excellent as well as the trimmings. The cake and the fruit bowl was just the best. Our Spanish folks make the best Spanish foods. I am telling you if you missed our service you missed something good. Have a blessed day in Jesus.
