Pastor Tim was born in St. Louis, MO to the Rev. George and Mrs.Gwendolyn Redd. He was raised in both Ft. Madison and Keokuk, IA. Pastor Tim became a licensed minister in 2003 at Amazing Grace Ministries under the direction of his Father, the late Rev. George H. Redd, Sr.
