Dec 30,2024 Todays verse is in, St. Matthew 5:14-16 KJV. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. In the Church, sometimes the lights go out. The person was shining. They were glowing with the glory of God, but then something happened. Weary in well doing, they tapered off on the diligence of prayer, fasting, and the Word of God. Slowly, they walked away from the presence of God. Instead of walking in the Spirit, they ended up in the flesh. They got off course and their lamp went out. The only reason virtue came out of Jesus was because virtue was in Him. The only reason the power of God comes through you is because you have been with the Lord. When you abide in the anointing, the presence and the power of God will undergird you. In the account of the woman with the issue of blood, her exousia connected her to His dunamis. This is also a pattern for prayer. As you are obedient in exercising your authority to pray and to meditate on the Word of God, the Holy Ghost will pour His power into your life. Remember, authority is only as strong as the power behind it. God has given you unlimited access to the throne of grace, but only you can decide if you will walk in the Spirit or get sidetracked in the flesh. Dec. 29, 2024 Todays verse is in Acts 10:38 KJV. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil: for God was with him. God's purpose for sending Jesus Christ was not only to deliver us from Satan's bo***ge and forgive our sins but to heal us of sickness and disease. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, which also include sickness and death. Jesus did not come to bring a partial deliverance. He didn't come to forgive us of our sins and deliver us out of the bo***ge of sin, only to leave our body in bo***ge to sickness and disease, afflicted and tormented by Satan. The power and anointing that flowed from Jesus Christ broke every yoke of bo***ge upon mankind! Jesus Christ, the Healer, healed all who were oppressed by the devil! God sent Jesus to save and to heal! Healing of the physical body is equally a part of God's plan of redemption. Two thousand years ago, Christ broke the bo***ges of Sin, Sickness, and Disease! Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3JOHN 1:2). November 4, 2024 Todays verse is in, 2Corinthians 10: 5 KJV. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to obedience of Christ; Our imaginations are very important to God. He "...searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts..." (2Chronicles 28:9). The truth is that God hates "An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations..."(Proverbs 6:18), because it is possible to commit sin by entertaining evil imaginations. This is confirmed again in Jesus' words; " The law of Moses said, you shall not commit adultery, But I say: Anyone who even looks at a woman with lust in his eye has already committed adultery with her in his heart " (Matthew 5:27-28). God placed this powerful force of our imagination within our innermost being for a purpose. He wanted man to tap into His unlimited creativity and for us to have a totally productive mind. However, when Satan invaded man's imagination in the garden of Eden, it became polluted. Instead of using his imagination to glorify and worship God, man's imagination became filled with his own selfish desires and wicked thoughts. In the Name of Jesus, it is restoration time! God wants our minds totally restored and functioning the way He designed them by cleaning out the selfish desires, goals and wicked thoughts we allow to accumulate in our imaginations. We must go out into an offensive battle in the secret, innermost region of our minds with a specific objective: to tear down and destroy every trace of Satan's influence in our imaginations, and to fill them with thoughts of God and the powerful creative force of God's Word. We are going into the regions of our minds-our imaginations- to destroy any idols, cast down every wicked imagination, and replace self-centered desires with God-created desires, and to fill our imagination, with thoughts of God and the creative power of God's Word. As God reveals to you the problem areas that need to be cleaned out of your imagination, consider them your target areas. And with God's help you are going to tear these down one by one, and God will restore your imagination and you will be victorious! In Jesus mighty Name. Nov. 2, 2024 Todays verse is in, Romans 6:16 KJV. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? The one major strategy Satan uses, upon which all his other strategies are based, is to weaken, divert and gain control over man's will through "DISOBEDIENCE". Since man's first encounter with Satan in the garden of Eden until now, Satan has been lying, deceiving, tempting and using every possible tactic to cause man to use his will to disobey God. The Church today is filled with Christians who are living defeated lives, unable to take possession of their inheritance of joint-heirs of the kingdom of God because they are walking in disobedience to God and His Word. Christians cannot be partially obedient to God and His Word, and partially obedient to their own self-wills. It is all or nothing! Satan, the Arch Deceiver, would like you to believe that because you are under grace that you can live as you like...following after your own desires, instead of seeking after and following God's will...and still be saved and enjoy the blessings of God. Satan would like you to think that God does not require the same type of obedience under the New covenant as God did under the old covenant. Satan is a liar! All acts of disobedience are sin, regardless of how small or large an act of disobedience it may be. The DISOBEDIENT will not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Salvation is not a matter of simply saying, Jesus, forgive me." Eternal salvation is given to those who OBEY! Because of His obedience, Jesus became the Author of eternal salvation which He freely offers to those who OBEY Him. It is through our obedience that we enter into a relationship where we become one with God. Jesus said if we OBEY His teaching, He and the Father will come in and live within us. If we obey, we will be saved and inherit eternal life. Jesus said, "if a man keep (obey) my saying, he shall never see death" (John 8:51). It is because of a reverent submission to God's Word...motivating us to live our lives in obedience to God, that will reward us with the ultimate victory over Satan, either in the rapture or resurrection. November 1, 2024 Todays verse is in, 2Corinthians 4:8-10 KJV. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we perplexed, but not despair. Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. There is no room in your life for defeat Jesus was never defeated and He has not planned for you to be defeated. Do you know why the Apostle Paul could endure his many trials and tribulations and not be defeated? It was because he was able to say,...I know whom I have believed..."(2Timothy 1:12). He said, "I 'm persuaded...it doesn't make any difference whether I face shipwreck or whether I face all kinds of beating and sufferings throughout my life. He said, "None of them can be compared to what I know. I know there is glory waiting for me. It is inside me. It is the manifestation of God Almighty and nothing can be compared to that glory. I can go through every test, every trial, every circumstance knowing I won't be defeated!" Jesus was never defeated because He face Satan knowing He was the Son of the living God. He knew God was in Him and would make Him victorious over Satan. God has planned for you to think, walk, talk and act as Jesus did. He has planned for you to face Satan and conquer him in the same power and anointing as Jesus face and defeated him. When you face sickness and disease in your body or in the body of your friends and loved ones, you can face it and command it to leave knowing you are a son of God and that the same powerful life-giving flow of God dwells in you. When you are pushed into a corner by mountains of problems, you do not need to panic or spend sleepless night worrying how are you going to survive. You can face those circumstances with faith and confidence knowing you are a child of The living God. There is no room in your life for defeat because there is a life within you that has never been defeated, and that life is Christ Jesus! Oct 31,2024 Todays verse is in, 2Corinthians 2:11 KJV. Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. The sooner the Church of Jesus Christ realizes that we are engage in warfare, and we are not dealing with men or ideologies, the sooner we will have the greatest victory this world has ever seen. We are not in a natural conflict...we are in a spiritual conflict, and it cannot be solved by religious or political gimmicks, or by any natural means. It must be met, and it can only be met, by people who have power with God and with men, and who can prevail. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. (Ephesians 6:10). Satan is manifesting himself in the world all around us. And the Lord said unto Satan, whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, from going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. (Job 1:7). Be sober, and vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: (1Peter 5:8). As Satan's evil spirits move upon people causing them to commit all types of sin. Satan, set up principalities upon this earth using people who allow Satan full control of their lives. Satan works through human sinful vessels. The problem is in the spirit world. It is in the spirit of man and his sinful nature. If we try to deal with these problems on the surface, we are never going to have a solution. We must learn to recognize when we are confronted by the enemy. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So, Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil .(Ephesians 6:12). Oct 26, 2024 Todays verse is in, St Matthew 24:12 KJV. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Do not be deceived by Satan's lies. It is impossible to love the world and its pleasures and love God (1John 2:15-16). Satan's strategy is to fill your heart and mind with the things of this world so that you will fall asleep spiritually...so that you will no longer be sensitive to God's voice...so you will lose your desire and hunger for God and His Word...so that your eyes will be closed to His plan and purpose for your life...so that your eyes will not be upon the goal God has set before us. Satan, if he can, will cause your love for God and His Word to grow cold. Satan will then have an opening or a place in your life where he will be able to take further advantage of you and eventually defeat you. You must awaken out of your sleep, repent and renew your love to God. You must RESIST...stand fast against the power of the enemy. Your counterattack against Satan's strategy is to "Set your mind on the things above..."(Colossians 3:2). Return to the Lord with your whole heart and ask God to restore your frist love for Him. Ask the Lord to fill you with a desire for His Word. God has given you the power over all the power of the enemy. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, you must keep on resisting the enemy until you see him running away from you. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Oct 24,2024 Todays verse is in, St Matthew 10:1,8 KJV. And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. 8. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. As soon as God reveals to you who you are in Christ, He calls you into action. Just as Jesus told his twelve disciples to go into all the world...preach the Gospel...heal the sick...raise the dead...and cast out demons...that same commission applies to you and me as modern day disciples of Christ. This is God's purpose for your life and mine. We are not going to take nations for Jesus through what we know as "the ministry" in its present powerless form. We are only going to do it the way God wants it done. For God is raising Himself up a people...a mighty army of believers... who will operate in the fullness of His POWER! We must be flexible to absorb the truths of God's vision into our spirit. You may have to reexamine concepts you have always believed, or preconceived ideas you have had about how things should be done. But you can be flexible in the Spirit? But you can learn to see with God's eyes as He shows you His vision in the world? The time has come to put our faith into action. Faith is a fact, but FAITH IS AN ACT! Now is the time to move in the power of the Almighty God you and I serve and take up His commission to do the works Jesus did upon the earth. There is no need to draw back, thinking it is too much for you...one single person. It is not who you are, but what God can make of you! It is the power of the living God working in and through you. So keep your eyes on God's power, and not on your weaknesses. You are not going in your own name, but you are going in the Name that is above every Name the Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the one TRUE GOD. Oct. 20, 2024 Todays versei is in, 1John 5:4 KJV. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Clothed in the whole armor of God, not only are you "INVULNERABLE" to Satan's attacks and UNCONQUERABLE you become a mighty conqueror! Clothed in the whole armor of God, you will no longer be on the defensive, but on the offensive. You will move out into battle in the power of Almighty God to push back the power of the enemy and tear down his strongholds in your home, your city and your nation. The Apostle Paul told the Ephesians: "Above all, taking the shield of faith, where with ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God "(Ephesians 6:16-17). In addition to putting on the girdle of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod their feet with the "preparation of the gospel of peace," they were to TAKE UP the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. The word "take" in these verses means "to receive or to accept." The Roman soldier, after putting on the other pieces of armor, and firmly securing his shield into place, was handed him helmet and sword by an attendant or armor bearer. As end time spiritual warrior, we must "TAKE UP"-accept-these powerful pieces of spiritual armor that God has given us, and use them to live our lives in 100% percent victory over all the power of the enemy. The shield of faith is our conquering faith. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the WORD of God. (Romans 10:17). Oct 17, 2024 Todays verse is in, colossians 3:15 KJV. And let the peace of God rule in your heart, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. God has planned for you to have His peace that is in and through Jesus Christ. Jesus paid the ultimate price that you would be able to have His peace. It belongs to you. But you must appropriate it in your life. With your heart and mind clothed with God's peace, you are guarded and protected from all of Satan's attacks. Regardless of the battles you face, you will be IMMOVABLE and
UNCONQUERABLE! Satan will try to steal your peace so that you will be weakened and ineffective. Don't let him do it! Satan will try to bring up the sins of your past and will question your right-standing with God. Satan will try to bring up every sin in your past and place you under strong condemnation and guilt, so that you will not be free to serve God. Satan wants you to feel discouraged and defeated. Don't let him steal your peace! When Satan tries to torment you with the past-your past failures, your past sins, your weaknesses-do not allow them to stay in your mind for one minute! The moment Satan attacks your mind, take authority over him and cast those thoughts out. Tell him, "Get behind me Satan. All my sins are under the blood of Jesus!" Oct 13, 2024 Todays verse is in, St John 16:22-23 KJV. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. 23. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever ye ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Today whatever you ask the Father in
'Jesus Name will be done. Jesus was not talking about praying. He was not talking about pleading or begging. The Word "ask" in these verse in the original Greek means "a demand of something due." This does not mean that we are to go around demanding and ordering God to do whatever we please. In his Name, we are to request what legally belongs to us as a result of the victory Christ has already won. Asking in the Name of Jesus is more than simply repeating the words "in the Name of Jesus." When you know what is behind the Name...the authority that belongs to you, your legal right to use that Name, ...the POWER that resides in that Name ...when you use it you are not praying or begging. You are invoking-putting into operation-the power to bring about what you desire. There will be no question, no doubt, that it will be done. When Peter said to the lame man, "...such as I have give I thee: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk " (Acts 3:6); he was not praying, pleading or asking. Peter knew Jesus had defeated Satan and the power of sickness. As he spoke the Name of Jesus, he was invoking...putting into operation...the power to bring about the healing. Peter did not face this sickness in his own strength or in his own name. The man was not healed because of the great faith Peter had. The lame man was healed because Peter knew the power and authority he had in Jesus' Name and use it. When you call upon the Name of Jesus you invoke-put into operation- the power and authority that is in that Name to manifest the healing, deliverance...whatever you need. Sept 26, 2024 Todays verse is in, 1Thessalonians 3:5 KJV. For this cause, when I could no longer forbear, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter have tempted you, and our labor be in vain. Throughout the Word of God, we see Satan as the tempter: He tempted Eve in the garden of Eden with the forbidden fruit and the thought of becoming like God (Genesis 3:4-6)...he tempted Esau in to giving up his birthright for a bowl of lentils (Genesis 25:29-33)...he tempted King David through Bathsheba (2Sanuel 11:1-4)... he tempted Jesus by offering Him the kingdoms of the world (Matthew 4:8). At every possible opportunity, Satan and his evil forces will place temptations before you and I, in an attempt to cause us to sin against God. Satan tempts us in basically three areas: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life. He will use every possible means of temptation; however, Satan is limited. He cannot make us sin. He can trick, deceive, lie, or tempt us; but Satan cannot go beyond that point. He can place the temptation before us, but he has no power over our will. Satan is the tempter, but we have the ability to yield or refuse to his temptation. James 1:13-15. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin, and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Satan has the ability to so disguise the temptations that he brings before Christians that many are deceived, fall into his snare and yield to temptation. But God has provided a way for Christians to walk in victory over every temptation of Satan through our Lord Jesus Christ. To be victorious over Satan, we must recognize Satan as who he really is the "TEMPTER" A LIER and A DECEIVER!
