Maybe this is the sign you’ve been waiting for.

Tomorrow we begin Reclaim Your Power ~ The Remembering.

I didn’t get to where I am today by doing everything by myself. I got here by choosing me—even when it was uncomfortable or inconvenient. Especially then.

I’ve had teachers, healers, friends and communities who supported me, challenged me and reminded me of who I am.

That’s what I want to create with this group.

A community where we stop just learning about healing and growth and actually do something with what we know.

Where we recognize the patterns that keep us stuck.
Remember who we truly are.
Reclaim the power we’ve been giving away.
And start making choices that reflect what we actually want.

Choosing yourself doesn’t mean you stop showing up for everyone you love.

It means you show up fuller.

More present. More loving. More joyful. More free. More YOU.

And that ripples into your family, your relationships, your work and every person you touch.

If you’re happy with how things are, keep keeping on.

But if you know you want more…

More truth.
More connection.
More of you.

This wasn’t just a trip.

This was remembrance.

In Abydos, the symbols didn’t sit quietly on the walls… they activated something.

One in particular wouldn’t leave me alone—the “Sa.”

I don’t remember seeing it before.
But this time… it saw me.

It felt like protection.
Like something ancient wrapping around my energy and saying… you’re ready.

And then, of course… I found it again.
Not by accident.

This mala is mine.
Lapis lazuli—stone of the priestess, of truth, of inner sight—paired with a symbol that called me across lifetimes.

Let’s be clear…

These are not just symbols.
They are technology.

The Ankh.
The Djed.
The Was Scepter.
The Sa.

Used with intention, they don’t just sit on your body… they move energy. They unlock memory. They shift you.

This trip deepened everything.
