What a great couple of weeks at St. Demetrios celebrating Mother’s Day, Greek School Graduation, Sunday School Graduation, and our High School Seniors who grew up here and are going off to college! May we always take time to be thankful for these blessings!

Please apply for scholarships from St. Demetrios before the deadline of Friday, May 15.

Available scholarships are:
The Helene Tzitikas Scholarship, The Three Hierarchs Scholarship, The Georgakakis Family Scholarship, and St. Stephen’s tuition scholarships.

In addition, all academic applicants are considered for a St. Demetrios Award of Excellence.

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Saint Demetrios Scholarship Luncheon this past Sunday. Through the generosity of our parish community and supporters, over $9,000 was raised for Saint Demetrios student scholarships.

We were honored to have Father Chris serve as our keynote speaker, with Father Peter hosting the event and Stephanie Pavlakis leading the effort as Chair of the Scholarship Committee.

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating faith, education, and the future of our students. Thank you to all who helped make the event such a success.
