Pastor's Note: Apostle Paul pours out his heart in his letter to the Philippian church. "And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight." His prayer is rooted his desire that the people of God gain the ability to not be led by the deception of the enemy. May the Lord purify our thoughts, and sanctify our mind as we study his word and listen to His Spirit.

Chaplain Okeze reminded us this past Sunday through the story of Esther that your fear should not be bigger than your obedience. To have courage is to be obedient to the call despite your fear.

Chaplain Givens taught on 1 Corinthians 14 and the importance of using our gifts to edify, (build up) the church. Now we ask you the same question… how can you use your gift to build up the body? Join us for Sunday School where childcare is provided and we come together to learn, reflect, and have open discussions on the Word.

Today’s message, “Hidden Figure,” preached by Chaplain Givens, reminded us that even when our work, faith, or obedience feels unseen, God is always present and actively working in us.

We were encouraged by John 15:26, which reminds us that the Holy Spirit, our Helper, testifies of Christ and strengthens us to walk boldly in truth, even in seasons where we feel hidden.

No season is wasted. No obedience goes unnoticed. God sees it all. 🤍

“When the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, He will testify of Me.” John 15:26

In John 4:39–42, we’re reminded that belief deepens when we encounter Jesus personally. Minister Johnson shared a powerful reminder this Sunday that Jesus is the living water..the ONLY source that truly satisfies.
