The Confraternity of Christian Mothers is hosting an Advent Retreat at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2318 N. Cascade Ave. in Colorado Springs, onSaturday, Nov. 29. All women are invited to attend, whether a mother or not. The CCM is honored and pleased to welcome Fr. Joseph Tuscan, OFM Cap., to lead the retreat. Fr. Joseph currently serves as the Director General of the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers and is in full-time preaching ministry for the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine.The schedule is as follows:⁣

8 a.m.- Noon: Confraternity of Christian Mothers retreat in Parish Hall.Noon: Mass at Corpus Christi Church.Solemn Rite of Reception for new members.Brunch in Parish Hall following Mass.The Confraternity of Christian Mothers is a society of women dedicated to the sanctification of their families under the special patronage of Our Lady of Sorrows. The prayers and good works a mother performs in her daily work are of inestimable value. Attention! Exciting news! Renovations are complete, and CWOC will now be meeting at our original location at Soldiers Memorial Chapel starting tomorrow, Sept 3! Childcare has also moved so DO NOT go to Building 1012, as no one will be there!
