In May the lord began to put on our hearts we needed a season of rest as a family.

Update…..

So Upon seeking the lord during these last few months of rest- we have decided, with clear word of the lord to step down from all ministerial duties.

The lord has given us clear instructions to continue to focus on family- Turning inward, slowing down, regrouping, &leaning into what God is saying and doing in this hour & months ahead for us as a family, moving in to the new home& getting settled. We are tired 🤣 AND We are excited for the slowing down, regrouping and turning our hearts and affections to Christ in a different and greater way.

With much Love, Respect & Honor we have been blessed to serve you all in the capacity we did. Such an honor

With lots of Prayer, Word of the lord,& Wise multitude of counsel The Ellis’ have decided to step down from ministerial posts for the summer and turn inward to focus on our family, moving into our new home, slowing down, regrouping and leaning into what God is saying and doing. You will see us around ♥️ We are not leaving Fort bragg.

We are both excited & sad lol. His ways are not our ways but we must be obedient and prepared for whatever is to come. We don’t have an exact return date just yet. Encounter will not continue during this time without us.

We will meet this Saturday for our last service @6. To send us off

📢Saturday March 30th. No service. We encourage everyone on this Easter weekend to come and celebrate the Station’s of the Cross at the lords land.

In the Kingdom, you cannot receive from a leader whom you do not honor. Dishonor clogs the pipe. Once you come into agreement with dishonor in your heart toward a specific leader, there will soon be words of dishonor coming forth from your mouth. At that point, you eliminate the possibility of receiving any and all good that God might want to release to you through that leader. The pipe is now clogged.

This happens all the time. Whether they are church leaders, family leaders, leaders in your workplace, or even political leaders, your dishonor cuts off any beneficial flow by clogging the pipe of blessing.

Your repentance is the Drano.
