Out of the abundance of caution, and with more snow falling than expected so far, we will be canceling our services for today. May each of you enjoy the beauty of God’s creation, catch up on our Bible reading plans, and find rest with your families. “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭1‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Praise the Lord! We have been praying for the Lord to meet this need this year and He has! For 185 years this property has welcomed worshippers every Sunday morning. What a blessing to see that God is still working here! It was great to welcome the church in this morning with a brand new parking lot. To God Be The Glory!

Bro. Watts on a roller!

03/31/2025

Urgent Prayer Request:
As many of you already know, our Assistant Pastor David Watts experienced a heart attack one week ago. Last week was a week of resting and monitoring so they could do a heart bypass today on his 4 blockages. Unfortunately, this morning on the awaited day of surgery Bro. Watts coded after walking around at 7:30. They were able to restore his heart to normal and rushed him to ICU. After he was sedated he coded again due to his heart beating out of rhythm. Thank the Lord he was in ICU because he was shocked immediately bringing things back to normal. Currently right now he is in the Cardio wing getting stints. These were not originally an option but they feel they have to get some flow going so that he can heal enough for surgery. This is a fluid situation and we ask everyone to join us in prayer for the dear Man of God and his family. Please respect the family and allow them to process this and we will do our best to keep everyone updated. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me directly.

What an awesome day! We have given out over 500 Bibles, made 200 salvation bracelets while giving out the Gospel one on one, hundreds of invitations to church, and great conversations with our community! We can’t wait to see how God will use this to further his Kingdom!!! We will be back tomorrow for another round!

Praise the Lord! For those of you that know, this space has been awkward and non functional at the church. We are excited to use our new kitchen for our Missions Meal tomorrow night at 6:00! Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for morning worship at 10:30!

As a reminder, we will not have service tonight due to the hazardous road conditions. Please continue to stay safe and warm. God Bless each of you.

Would commit to joining us in prayer about our parking lot? By faith we believe God is going to show us great things this year!

PBC family and supporters:
As you know the recent storm has devastated multiple communities across 5 states. One of our members will be taking a load to South Georgia tomorrow and is calling for non perishables to be brought to church tonight. Items in need include: can goods, waters, paper products, toilet paper, can openers, and other easy to use/eat items.
Thanks,
Pastor Hale
