What an incredible day! God allowed us to bless well over 250 people in our community! From backpacks and school supplies to food, games, laughter, and prayer, it was a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to love others. A huge THANK YOU to every sponsor, volunteer, church member, and family who donated, served, prayed, cooked, set up, cleaned up, and loved on our community today. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. Our prayer is that every student, teacher, and family member who came today begins this school year knowing they are seen, loved, and covered in prayer. May this be a year filled with God’s protection, wisdom, kindness, and peace. To God be all the glory for what He is doing in our community. We can’t wait to see what He has in store next! 💙

FREE Back to School Bash THIS SUNDAY, July 19, from 2-5 PM at 1025 N. Izard St. in Forrest City!
Bring the whole family and enjoy:

💙 At 3:30 PM, we’ll pause everything for a few minutes for a special Community Prayer for Our Schools. We’ll pray over our students, teachers, administrators, bus drivers, school staff, and families as they begin a new school year. No matter your church background, or if you don’t attend church at all, you are welcome to stand with us as we ask God for protection, wisdom, peace, kindness, and hope for our community.
This isn’t just another event, it’s an opportunity for our community to come together, encourage one another, and send our children back to school surrounded by love and prayer.

What an incredible blessing! ❤️ Our church family had the privilege of delivering over $600 worth of food to the St. Francis County Food Pantry. We are especially thankful that several of our young people were able to be part of giving back to our community.

We want our children and youth to know that being the hands and feet of Jesus isn’t just something we talk about; it’s something we do. Every can, every box, and every bag represents love, compassion, and hope for a neighbor in need.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible during VBS. Your generosity is making a difference in the lives of families RIGHT HERE in our community.

There is something beautiful about seeing young hearts learn that prayer isn’t a last resort; it’s their first response ❤️ Today, this precious moment was captured as a few of our precious kids reminded us that you are never too young to talk to God. As they gathered together to pray, they weren’t just folding their hands, they were growing in faith, learning to trust Jesus, and encouraging one another.

Please join us in praying for the next generation. May they grow to know God’s Word, love His people, and boldly shine His light wherever they go.

No child should walk into school feeling less than because they lack the supplies they need to succeed. Something as simple as having the right school supplies can make a huge difference in a student’s confidence, morale, and readiness to learn.

Parents in our community already carry enough burdens. This year, Bethel wants to help lighten the load by making sure local students are prepared for a successful school year.

We are collecting school supplies through July 17th and will distribute them at our Back to School Bash on July 19th from 2:00–5:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church.
