Rabbi Isaac Levy(Born and raised in Israel) has envisioned and brought together Beit Or to teach the knowledge of Torah(God's Instructions) and Yeshua(Jesus) to others. He was born and raised in Israel, with Hebrew being his first language. He has honorably served in the IDF in Israel, but has taught the bible all his life. The Lord has preserved him through extraordinary and unusual circumstances

from his parents being in a N**i concentration camp, through the poverty of Israel, dangers and persecution from both Jews and Gentiles for his beliefs in Yeshua and teachings. He has envisioned and brought together Beit Or to teach the knowledge of Torah and Yeshua to others using the Holy Scriptures. He has a vision of raising up a community of believers filled with great leaders for the kingdom of God. It is our aim to shine the light of Yeshua through the daily living of Torah. Our services are conducted more like a bible study than a church or synagogue service. At our services you can ask questions, in fact questions are encouraged. Beit Or is the place for people who are looking for something more than a service. Beit Or is a place for people who want to make Torah a way of life as it truly is. As a congregation, Beit Or studies the Hebrew language, culture, and idioms to better ascertain what the truth is in God’s Word. We also use many scriptures as witnesses to each other to validate any conclusions or beliefs that we deem to be the truth. The knowledge we seek is how to have a holy relationship with our Father who is in Heaven through His Son, Yeshua. Beit Or is Hebrew for “House of Light” which is open to all people who care to join in response to a higher calling and a way of life.

The Torah Scroll:
- Contains the first 5 books of the Bible.
- Is a representation of Yeshua (The Torah made flesh). When he returns as our King, we don't want to take our eyes off him, and so we keep our eyes on the Torah scroll as it is brought around.
The Torah Scroll - written /put on the Lamb of God. It is made of animal skin, usually lamb, Yeshua being the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
The pages are sewn together, and each page is written in rows that look like stripes. Yeshua is the Torah; He did only the will of His Father, He walked Torah. There are no errors in the writing of the Torah, and it is written by hand. (Stone tablets were etched by the hand of God)
The Wood - He was hung on the tree and died.
Torah scroll covering & bells - Yeshua then rose again, now all we see is Yeshua being the High Priest
The Crown - Yeshua will return to reign as King
For now, the Torah scroll is returned into the ark, staying hidden (just as he is out of sight right now as he stands at the right hand of His Father) until next Shabbat. When Yeshua returns, he will no longer be hidden from us.
We are practicing and learning how to honor and respect our returning King!!
