Think of it! He’s super-invested in you!
In fact, the evidence is that He has already given His only begotten Son. “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32).

Here’s a simple reminder: overcoming certain kinds of wickedness requires that you follow up your time with the Lord with prayer and fasting. “And when Jesus had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, ‘Why could we not cast it out?’ So He said to them, ‘This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting’” (Mark 9:28–29).
May the discipline of Christ marinate your heart and magnify your soul in His name, Amen.

Practice is needed to make difficult things become easier things. It takes practice to find the perspective of joy in things that are not inherently joyful.
But you can do it; you can “count it all joy.” You are worth the effort. God desires that you become whole and complete.
“Don't run from tests and hardships, brothers and sisters. As difficult as they are, you will ultimately find joy in them; if you embrace them, your faith will blossom under pressure and teach you true patience as you endure. And true patience brought on by endurance will equip you to complete the long journey and cross the finish line-mature, complete, and wanting nothing” (James 1:2-4 Voice).
