This past weekend, Centennial sent 14 students and 4 leaders to Duluth for the annual District Blitz conference, where we joined 3000+ other students to worship, serve, and learn from God’s Word.

The theme this year was “Arise,” and we read through the book of Jonah, learning about God’s heart for the lost and His call on us to follow His call, to have compassion for all, and to take His message to the lost.

In addition to the teaching, worship times, group discussions, and practical seminars, we had the opportunity to serve an inner-city church in Duluth by picking up many bags of trash, helping assemble a dresser for a single mom with a new baby, filling in ruts in their parking lot, and cleaning out a storage room. They were so grateful for our help, and the students were eager to serve.

Thank you all for praying for our trip! Please continue to pray that the seeds that were planted over the weekend will grow now that they are back home.

Join us at 7pm on Friday, April 3rd for our annual Good Friday Tenebrae service as we ponder the hours of darkness leading up to Jesus’ crucifixion. This service will feature Scripture reading, singing, and prayer.

Childcare will be available through age 3.

Men of Centennial (and their friends), get out your bibs and your board games for our annual Game and Game Night on Saturday, March 28 at 6:00pm at Centennial Church. There will be plenty of food to go around. Be sure to bring a favorite game of yours to play with a group and a free will offering if you desire.

On Sunday we celebrated the coming together of young artists + God’s Word for our annual Bible Art Festival! 🎨🖌️🖼️🧑‍🎨👩‍🎨

Our children’s ministry director Sandy (and her amazing team) always makes this such a special event; highlighting our love for families and intergenerational relationships!
