Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness. Help me to grow in a strong daily relationship with You. Give me a hunger for Your Word, a desire for prayer, and a heart that seeks Your presence above all else.

Teach me to trust You in every situation, listen to Your voice, and walk in obedience to Your will. Strengthen my faith, guard my heart, and help me to remain connected to You throughout each day.

May my thoughts, words, and actions bring honor to You. Draw me closer to You, and let Your peace, wisdom, and love fill my life.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽❤️

“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” James 4:8 (NKJV)

When God Presses Reset

“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1

There are seasons in life when God begins pressing the reset button. What once felt familiar starts to change. Certain relationships shift. Old routines no longer satisfy. Doors close while new opportunities have not yet fully opened.

Many people mistake these seasons for setbacks, but often they are divine transitions.

Sometimes God calls us into isolation before He brings us into greater influence. Moses spent years in the wilderness. David spent time in caves. Jesus spent forty days in the wilderness before beginning His public ministry. Isolation is not always rejection; sometimes it is preparation.

Sometimes God keeps us planted in one place longer than we would like. A seed does not grow because it moves. It grows because it remains planted long enough for roots to develop beneath the surface.

In seasons of change, patience becomes one of the greatest expressions of faith. Faith is not only believing God can do something; faith is trusting His timing while He is doing it.

Transformation rarely happens overnight. God often works internally before He changes our external circumstances. While we are looking for a new season, God is developing a new person.

If you find yourself in a season of waiting, transition, change, or seeming isolation, be encouraged. God has not forgotten you. He is aligning you. He is positioning you. He is preparing you.

The same God who planted you is the God who will bring forth fruit in the proper season.

Prayer

Father, thank You for every season of my life. Help me trust You during times of change, transition, and waiting. Give me patience while You develop me and wisdom to recognize what You are doing beneath the surface. Strengthen my faith, deepen my roots, and transform me into the person You have called me to be. I trust Your timing, Your process, and Your purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Fruit Comes Last

“He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season…” Psalm 1

Many people want the fruit, but few are willing to embrace the planting season.

In this season:

• Put God first.

• Develop a consistent prayer life.

• Spend time fasting and seeking God.

• Stay rooted in His Word.

• Build on vetted relationships.

• Stay connected with good people.

• Build new relationships with people who love God and inspire growth.

• Receive wise counsel and avoid negative influences.

• Start eating right.

• Start exercising and taking care of your health.

• Be faithful in the small things.

If you are already doing these things, stay consistent.

If you are not doing these things, start planting.

Remember:

• The planting comes before the harvest.

• The seasons come before the fruit.

• The process comes before the results.

The fruit you desire tomorrow is connected to the seeds you plant today.

🌳 Stay planted.
🌱 Stay faithful.
🙏 Stay consistent.

Your fruit is coming.

Healing Begins With His Word

“Incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:20–22

God’s Word is more than information it is life, strength, and healing. As we continually listen to His Word, keep it before our eyes, and hide it in our hearts, faith rises and healing flows.

Prayer:

Father, I thank You that Your Word is life and health to my body. As I meditate on Your promises, strengthen me, restore me, and fill me with Your peace. I receive Your healing power working in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Celebrating 48 Years

48 Years of Faithfulness

Since June 1978, Christian Outreach Center has been more than a church. It has been a family.

For 48 years, lives have been changed, prayers have been answered, families have been restored, children have grown into adults, and generations have worshipped together under God’s grace.

As we celebrate Anniversary Month, we simply want to say thank you to every member, volunteer, leader, caregiver, giver, and supporter who has helped make COC what it is today.

Together, we are building something that will impact generations to come.
