Members of our Women's Missionary Society made their rounds today to area schools to gift students in need with gift cards as we move into the Holiday season. Fairview is grateful to have a relationship with our area schools. Thank you to Old Post Elementary, Magnolia Elementary, and Edgewood Elementary for your collaboration and the hard work you do each day for students in our area.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we were excited to show off our pink in support of spreading awareness. If you are over the age of 40 please make sure you schedule your mammogram every two years.

Yesterday was a perfect day for a concert at Fairview AME Church. God even helped us out with clear skies and perfect temperatures in the afternoon. Thank you to the Upper Chesapeake Community Band for gracing is with your presence and tunes! Join us next week for Youth and Young adult Sunday!

We were excited to have a successful Family Weekend at Fairview this past weekend. We had a wonderful service and enjoyed fellowship after service with our backpack giveaway and delicious lunch from the Dough Slingers Food truck. We hope to see you next Sunday for more Fellowship and Family

We have the honor of welcoming our Guest preacher, Powerful woman of God, Elder Towana Nolan bringing a word on our theme Confident Women Walking with God. We will also be welcoming Evangelist, Latisha Dorsey as our guest Soloist. Tell a Friend to tell a Friend and meet us at the house of the Lord on July 21, 2024. Service begins at 11am.
