Forest City Church of the Nazarene We know that in order to make disciples of the nations, we must begin here. What is a disciple? Ephesians 4:11-13 (KJV)

Also watch on Youtube: https://m.youtube.com/ At the Forest City Church of the Nazarene, we are committed to the Great Commission, which was given to us by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 28, “... go and make disciples, of all nations". A disciple is someone who has set their heart t

o learn and to be a steward over that which they have learned. Many of us upon hearing the word steward, or stewardship, immediately think in terms of our money- whether we are giving, saving, spending, and investing wisely. The first "assignment" of biblical stewardship, however, focused on wisely and profitably caring for God's newly-created world found in Genesis 2 where the Scripture declares:

* And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 (KJV)

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress (Cultivate) it and to keep it. Genesis 2:15 (KJV)

God put man into the garden in order to cultivate and keep it. We, at the Forest City Church of the Nazarene, desire to help you be all that God intended for you to be. By placing in your hands tools, and showing you how to use and apply them you will to rise to the next level of spiritual maturity. This is achieved by using the practical and supernatural means that Jesus has given us in His Holy Word. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Just want to Thank everyone that helped with the morning service this morning at The Forest City Church of The Nazarene. Pastor Dale Austin was sick and had to be out to recover. So a Special Thanks to Gary Poteat who preached The Word which was a Blessing. Zachary Pritchard who ran the sound booth. We lost power to the sound board, but as always Zack came through and fixed the situation. Also a Special Thanks goes out to Lisa Ellison and Emmeline McComas who sang on the Praise Team this morning. As always, they did a wonderful job. Thank you Emmeline McComas for singing The Special with me this morning. I'm always Blessed when I hear you sing. We have a lot of people that needs our prayers. So be sure to lift them up. May each of you Be Blessed this upcoming week and As Always, I Hope To See You In Church Next Sunday.
