OUR NEW SERVICE TIME: 9:30 AM

After over 3 years of praying and waiting, we are finally able to gather as a church body on Sunday mornings!

Though our address is staying the same, we will be meeting in a new building on campus. You can find us in the building adjacent to the brick church. Our parking lot enters and exits on Natoma Street in the upper parking lot, and you'll enter through the half glass doors on the porch.

Our next equipping class: Biblical Hermeneutics
- Let the Reader Understand

“Do you understand what you are reading?” Philip asked the Ethiopian eu**ch as he read the book of Isaiah. Philip’s question implies that it is possible to read without comprehending what’s written, a sentiment many can identify with from experience. But the Bible is not a mystery book with secret knowledge for the initiated. It is the Word of God for His people which they can read and understand.

Our aim is to help believers read and understand the Scripture.

Starting March 13th (every second and fourth Thursday)

All are welcome, so come join us and embark on our journey exploring the art and science of biblical interpretation!

Praise God for our last day spent at our old location on Iron Point Road. We thank God for His kindness shown to us through Disciples' hospitality, and we thank the Lord for our next adventure at our new facility.

We trust Him as he leads us through the wilderness, believing He is for us and not against us.

May we live like we are called in scripture, as pilgrims passing through this land, on our way to our heavenly country.

Our Equipping Class is back tonight!

Doctrine 101: Soteriology

When: Every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7PM

All Christians agree that salvation is a gift of God. But how does one acquire this gift? Why are some people saved and others not? Is it a matter of exercising one’s free will, or does God’s sovereign will determine who is saved? Who has the ultimate say? Does God effectually call sinners, or is the general call sufficient for salvation? If one is saved, can he lose his salvation?

These questions have been debated for the last two thousand years. Calvinists, Arminians, and modern-day defenders of Provisionism offer different answers. Who is right? Join our next equipping class, “Soteriology: Who has the ultimate say?” to discover how Scripture answers these questions.

Folsom Bible Academy aims to equip the next generation of trainers to accurately handle the Word of God and fulfill their God-assigned roles (2 Tim 2:2, 15).

The strength of the family, the church, and society depends on the strength of men. In God’s design, men are called to be providers and protectors. Therefore, men must be adequately equipped to fulfill their roles in the family, the church, and the world.

The church's primary concern is to care for the spiritual welfare of people. While the church can and should meet physical needs when appropriate, the emphasis must be on the salvation of the lost and the spiritual development of its members. With this in view, God gave gifted men to the church for the "equipping of the saints" (Eph 4:12).
