If you know our church or have visited a handful of times, you have probably heard a testimony or a prayer request or even an answered prayer report regarding addiction.

We have recovered addicts. Some are more recent. Some have been recovered for a while.
We have people who were abandoned due to addiction.
We have people who have watched addiction take the lives of the ones they loved.
We have people who know the pain and the cost that addiction produces.
Our Pastors, our leaders, and our congregation. You’ll find them in every part of our church.

When we say on our posts or anywhere that we have “Room For All”…we truly mean that. Not to gain numbers in our church or to gain any sort of accolades because we will love those that some may not. But it’s because we’d rather any and every one show up and see that there are “church people” that once weren’t. We want you to hear the testimonies. We want you to see the healed. We want you to see what God did with such brokenness. We want you to know that you can come as you are because we know once God captures your heart, He will deliver you from it all if you allow Him to do so.

Sunday, June 28th is our Family Freedom Day. We will be celebrating the freedom of our country and recognizing the ones in our church or who are connected to our church that have fought to keep our country free. There’s a twist.

Recovery Soldiers Ministry will be visiting our church to show any and everyone that will come that you can have spiritual freedom.

You don’t have to be who you were raised by.
You don’t have to accept the generational curses.
You don’t have to bow down to the bonds of addiction. There is freedom in Jesus.
These are people who have lived in the pits of addiction and never saw a way out…until they did. It’s people who had no hope and no reason to continue until they found freedom in the Lord, Jesus Christ.

We named this day Family Freedom Day for obvious reasons however, what if you come on this freedom day and find the true freedom you have been searching so earnestly for but feel too broken to achieve?

Please come. Please hear their stories. Please let the Holy Spirit arrest your heart and make you new.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE.

We are so, so sad to say that we will be canceling our outreach for the night. We’ve held off as long as we possibly could have to see if the weather would get better but it doesn’t seem that is the case.

We will be in the Winn-Dixie parking lot giving out FREE hotdogs and drinks.

We want to show our community just how much we appreciate you!

Many of you will be running to the store to grab last minute things for your holiday weekend. Let us feed you for dinner so that’s one less meal you have to prepare.
