🌤️ HURRICANE ISAIAS UPDATE | SUNDAY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Praise the Lord! The storm has passed, and we are thankful to report that the worst of Hurricane Isaias missed our church property. While there is quite a bit of debris around the grounds, the church building is safe and appears to have sustained no damage. We are incredibly grateful for God’s protection!
We also recognize that several families in our church have been affected by the storm. Many are still without electricity, traffic lights remain out, and road crews continue working to clear debris and restore safe travel conditions. Please continue to pray for those affected and for the crews working tirelessly throughout our community.
After evaluating the situation, we have made the following adjustments to our Sunday schedule:
⛪ SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
We will have one worship service only tomorrow morning.
The following will be canceled for Sunday:
* Sunday School
* Junior Church
* Bus Ministry
* Sunday Evening Service
We have also decided to cancel our evening service out of an abundance of caution. With downed power lines, debris, and road crews potentially working into the evening hours, we want to avoid placing anyone at unnecessary risk.
If you can safely make it to church tomorrow morning, we would love to see you! However, please do not feel obligated to travel if your roads are unsafe, your family is dealing with storm damage, or your circumstances make it difficult to attend.
Your safety and the well-being of your family are our priority.
Above all, we thank the Lord for His protection through this storm. Let’s continue to pray for our neighbors, check on one another, and look for opportunities to be a blessing to those in need.
We look forward to worshiping together tomorrow at 10:30 AM!
