Laity Sunday

A Heartfelt Thank You ❤️

Last Sunday, our church family came together to support two important needs: the Impact Next Gen mission in Kenya and a young family in our community experiencing homelessness.
Pastor Kathie has shared a special note of thanks to everyone who gave so generously.

Thank you, FBUMC family, for showing Christ's love both near and far.

🎨 Blessings in Art — Monday at 12:30 PM! 💛
You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t even have to be good at art.
Just come ready to spend a little time with paint, creativity, and friends.

One of the most important words in Christian leadership is contained in that passage:
Let’s.
Let’s do this together.
Let’s discover together what God is calling us to become.
Let’s pray together.
Let’s work together.

Where God gives you influence, use it with humility.
Where God gives you resources, hold them with gratitude.
Where God places opportunity before you, respond with faith,
And the heart of Jesus to remember that the greatest among us will always be the one who serves.
