Where God gives you influence, use it with humility.
Where God gives you resources, hold them with gratitude.
Where God places opportunity before you, respond with faith,
And the heart of Jesus to remember that the greatest among us will always be the one who serves.

Gentle Yoga Fit at Flowery Branch UMC

Join us on Thursdays, 11:30am–12:30pm, for a gentle, accessible yoga practice that supports the Wesley Woods Foundation.

Each class blends mindful movement, simple alignment cues, and options for all
levels—including chair yoga and Pilates‑inspired variations. Expect seated and standing poses that ease tension, improve flexibility and mobility, strengthen your core, and support balance and posture in a warm, welcoming space.
