Sunday we had our Welcome to Creekwood Dinner. Dinner attendees are new to Creekwood and many were in our Discover Creekwood class in the late Spring. Quite a few will be joining this Sunday! It was a beautiful night of enjoying each other’s company and learning a little more about not only Creekwood’s ministry but the relationships that make our community magic ✨

It’s amazing what can happen at a table! On Wednesday morning Revs. Ryan, Suzanne and Maddy joined with an Interfaith Allies Breakfast. Building relationship together at the table were the Baha’i’s of Flower Mound, the Islamic Association of Lewisville Flower Mound, Congregation Kol Ami, The Zoroastrian Center of Flower Mound, Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, Trinity Presbyterian Church and us!

We had a joyous worship on Sunday morning as we welcomed Marcia Beverly as the newest member of Creekwood! 🎉 Rev. Ryan also shared that our “interim” Choir Director, Steve DeCrow, is interim no more! Steve is now our Director of Chorale Music, and we could not be happier about it! 😃🎶 We are delighted to share this faith journey with both Marcia and Steve and feel so very blessed to have them as members of the Creekwood family! 💕

Each year our ministry partners at Our Daily Bread host a Service of Remembrance for members of thier community who have passed away. It's a time to remember each one of God's beloveds by name.
