Blessed Second Sunday of Advent! 🕯️🕯️
A gentle reminder about the Beautiful Christmas concert coming up at St. Gen’s this upcoming Saturday, December 16 at 7pm. 🎶🎄😇
Please join the "Epiphany Singers” for an evening of special choral music in the framework of the Holy Hour with the procession and exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. This experience will be truly transformative and deeply moving. "Epiphany Singers" - the choral group of young professionals from the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and Paul - will sing the music of Paul Mealor, Eric Whitacre, Cecilia McDowall, Herbert Howells and others. In a culture which emphasizes the busyness of the holiday season, this program will aid in slowing down and reflecting as we approach the Christmas season. A free-will offering will be collected at the door. We hope to see you there! Please share this with your family, friends and neighbors!🙏🏽❤️

Our beloved deacon Michael Conroy retired at the end of September. Although Michael has served as a Deacon and Parish Services Director since 2006, his service to the parish started many years prior to that as a volunteer. Inspired by God and Deacon Joseph Manson, Michael discerned that God was calling him to be a deacon. Michael has ministered to the parish coordinating innumerable groups and committees, officiating countless baptisms, preaching both in person and in the bulletin, burying the dead and accompanying numerous converts through the RCIA process. Thank you Deacon Mike for all your love and service to St. Gen's parish family!
