Here on the farm, it's getting hot. We've been busy putting in our vegetable garden. We hope to get a lot of tomatoes this summer!
We have some beautiful sevillanos coming on this year. These are chef quality delicious olives we haven't had in 3 years owing to the drought. But they're back and worth the wait.
We have a brand new product! Greek style kalamatas: these are dehydrated Kalamata olives rolled in a little olive oil & salt packaged to be a grab-n-go, shelf stable product. They will be available on our website www.goodfaithfarm.com soon!
If you haven't tried our new olive flavors, we have three delicious offerings. Herbes de provence is a mélange of olives marinated in the traditional French herbs. These are great on an appetizer platter. They are a customer favorite.
Orange Spice are manzinilla olives with the subtle flavor of orange and bay leaf. If you want to try something new and fresh, here it is.
Ayurvedic is hojiblanca olives in traditional Indian herbs. They are a delicious original!
