Louis native Oscar Williams, Jr. who is known for his prolific song writing and elaborate vocal arrangements. His soul-stirring gospel hit song “Safety” has become an all-time gospel favorite and labeled Oscar is one of Gospel music’s most sought after music directors and clinicians.
