FOTI has member that has been incarcerated. Member who family has or is incarcerated. Young as well as older members. FOTI is designed to reach to all ages. ENT ZONE) This program is designed to help men and women as they transition back to society. FOTI deals with Family/Self Esteem/Gift and Talents/Decision Making/ETC.
