Prayer:

King of Kings, we exalt You with our prayers and worship today. Thank You for including us in Your great plans and bringing us together in intercession for “Shu’ayb” and his teams in Diyarbakir, Türkiye. In the midst of great ethnic and cultural turmoil, lead “Shu’ayb” to speak according to Acts 28:23, declaring Your peace and Your Kingdom. You alone can end civil strife, stop violence, and bring reconciliation. Use “Shu’ayb” today to carry this revelation through the streets and shops where You lead him and his teams. Open the eyes of those who cannot see Your love and invite them into Your everlasting forgiveness. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

God can provide for all needs. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that He can supply all our needs. God can meet the needs of yourself and others.

What needs do you have today? What are some of the needs of others today? Pray for those needs, to the One Who can provide them all.

We should pray, desiring the advancement of God’s kingdom. When we pray, we should be in complete submission to His will! Matthew 6:33 directs what our priority in life should be - glorifying God. The truth is that we can either make God look greater or make ourselves look greater. Who will you choose to put first?

Ask God to use your life today to promote His name and to do His will through you. God is worthy of all the glory!

Prayer:

Merciful God, You are filled with grace and love that cast out all fear. Today, we intercede on behalf of “Ruqayyah” and the teams she serves in and around Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Be gracious to them and fill them with the revelation of Your Word. According to Acts 27:23–24, send Your angels to her, bringing boldness and courageous faith to stand against every attack of evil. You alone, God, are the Most High, and Your presence dispels all fear. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We should pray, being sure of our relationship with our heavenly Father. Once we trust Jesus Christ as our Savior, God becomes our Father in heaven. We then have a relationship with Him! God is not just the Creator, powerful, and mighty God, but He becomes our heavenly Father! We have a special, father-child relationship with the Creator of the world!

Begin your prayer time with praise for your personal relationship with your heavenly Father. He is worthy!

Prayer:

Light of the World, thank You for opening blind eyes so that those trapped in darkness can see their way to hope and freedom. Today, we come to You on behalf of Nawal and her team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We pray for unity among believers from every ethnic background and language. Impart to Nawal a quiet and gentle heart, words that turn away wrath, and, according to Acts 26:18, the ability to boldly invite others to receive forgiveness and a place among Your people—those set apart by faith in You. We ask that a women’s movement would be launched—impacting generations and building Your Kingdom from Kuala Lumpur throughout Malaysia. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We should pray earnestly and fervently. Our prayer time should not be a “religious exercise,” and it should not be shallow words that we simply repeat every day without thinking of their meaning. Imagine if we had the same conversation with a friend every single day. That relationship would not grow; it would probably become stale. Let us not be this way in our conversations with the Lord. In James 5:16, we find that an effective prayer is one that is prayed with fervency.

Reflect on your prayer time lately. Do you pray passively or earnestly, out of religious duty or from your heart?

In addition to praying with other Christians, we should pray privately. Prayer should not be done to show off or for others to recognize and applaud you. God desires for us to come to Him privately, free from the distraction and temptation of conceit.

Find a quiet, distraction-free time to pray just between you and God. God wants to hear from you!
