PEOPLE FORGET!
They forget the times you stood by them.
They forget the help, the love, the sacrifices.
One mistake, and suddenly, you become the villain in their story.

When they want to paint you black, they do it without apology.
When they stab you in the back, they do it without remorse.
When they choose to write you off, they do it without consideration.
They believe every lie about you and agree with everything said against you.

Some will even walk away and tell you to your face that you’re not the best. They will boldly go searching for what they think is better than you, and they willl make excuses to justify their decisions.

You see, over the past few days and weeks, I have received messages and calls from people who feel betrayed, used, lied against, and taken advantage of.

My urge to share this is simple, you’re not the first.
Sometimes, no matter how much good you do, others will still walk away.

But hear me, don’t grow bitter!
Don’t repay evil for evil.
Keep your heart clean. Always Remember TIME IS THE GREATEST PROPHET.
