✨Alright Shoals - Here is your chance to love your community. Next week people in our cities will be hungry. Almost 1 in 5 Alabamians, or 750,000 people in Alabama (roughly 300,000 whom are kids), depend on SNAP to eat and live. Also, given holidays and school closings, kids who are losing these benefits will be out of school 14 of the 30 days of November with limited access to food. ✨
Shoals Dream Center says they are expecting a surge in need in the coming month. Per the SDC it cost $75 to feed a family of four for two weeks and $150 for the month.
SHOALS COMMUNITY❗️ - This is where you get to shine. We are partnering with Shoals Dream Center. Our team has spoken with several local businesses who have agreed to match the first $10,000 💥 in donations. Meaning for every $1 you donate it will be matched.
INDIVIDUALS ❗️– We are asking every family and individual who can donate to either choose $40 (1 Week), $75 (2 weeks), or $150 (4 weeks), and that will be matched for the first $10,000!
BUISNESSES and CHURCHES ❗️– If you want to contribute to the match please message us.
We will post giving updates consistently with a breakdown of all donations and matches!
