Romans 6:5-7

We know that our old man was crucified with him so that the body of sin would no longer dominate us, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. (For someone who has died has been freed from sin.)"

If you're fighting off the lies, trying to discern what is truth and from God, what better place to go to than Scripture?

Our minds can be swayed very easily if we are not taking captive every thought and bringing it into obedience to Christ (2 Cor. 10:5).

We know God will not lead us into confusion, but will bring light (Proverbs 3:5-6).
