Rufus was born July 4, 1970 in Bishopville, South Carolina to the evangelists Queenie and deacon Willie B. Pastor Rufus is the fourth child of fifth children. She has four brothers: Charles, Mitchell, Donald and Kevin. Rufus accepted her calling in the ministry in December 2000. Pastor Pamela is the pastor and founder of IHTLS Church of Deliverance in South Carolina. She is Married to deacon Mario

n Rufus. They have four beautiful children: Delonta, Queen, Shawndel and Marion Jr. who are all grown. They are also the grandparents of Jania, Alexis, Rapheal, Racheal and Rashod. She is a funeral director. God healed Pastor Pamela after she has been battling multiple sclerosis. Pastor Pamela is an anointed woman of God who ministers with clarity and authority. Her objective and desire is to spread the gospel all over the world. She is truly touching the lives of the reject. She is looking to add to the vision homeless shelters, private schools for the unfortunate. Pastor Pamela wants to built a program for broken and hurt women that has given up on their purpose. There is no stopping for Pastor Pamela.
