Christmas season at St. John's was definitely a time for sharing the story of Jesus birth. We stated with the hanging of the greens, to a wonderful joyous community sing with many talented people, the children's program with them giving the Sunday sermon, to last but but least the Christmas Eve candlelight service given by Brad Bauer.

The Levin's will forever be members of St. John's church. Marene's beautiful music holds memories for many of us. May she rest along side Jesus singing and playing music for eternity. Please keep Darren in your prayers.

St. John will be participating in their annual Trunk or Treat on Halloween evening from 6-7:30. The church will hand out hot dogs, chips and water. Anyone is welcome to pull up their trunk and hand out candy and we love to see all the kiddos (any age) dressed up! Make plans to come by and see us!

Thank you to Sherain for taking these beautiful pictures of St. John with the northern lights in the sky. God creates such beautiful reminders of his presence everyday, we just have to be able to take a moment and listen. God is the ultimate artist creating masterpieces in our lives. Happy Mother's Day to all the fabulous moms in our lives.

What a glorious Easter weekend. Friday we had 24 kids for the annual flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and today we got to celebrate the confirmation of 4 wonderful youth of our church. They have worked the last two years learning all about God's word.

Because of the brutal temperatures and wind chills St. John will not have church Sunday. Stay warm and safe out there. Bless the farmers that still have to be out attending the livestock.
