🚨❤️ Rescue Ready VBS — What an incredible week! ❤️🚨

What started as an invitation to come learn about God’s love turned into an unforgettable week full of laughter, learning, friendships, and faith!

We are so thankful to say that we ended the week by breaking our previous attendance record! 🙌 God brought 103 children through our doors, and we are grateful for every single one who joined us.

Throughout the week, our kids met amazing Rescue Heroes from our community:
🚓 A Police Officer — where we learned about Moses and the 10 Commandments
🚒 A Firefighter — where we learned about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego’s faith in the fiery furnace
🚑 An EMT/Paramedic — where we learned about the Good Samaritan and showing compassion to others
🌊 A Water Rescuer — where we learned about Jesus helping us through life’s storms as Peter walked on water
🏔️ And we wrapped up with a Mountain Rescue Hero and the parables of the Lost Coin, Lost Sheep, and Lost Son

Our kids enjoyed meals each night, crafts, games, special activities, and getting to hear from real-life heroes who serve and protect our community.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, teachers, rescue heroes, and especially the parents who trusted us with their children this week. ❤️ It was a blessing to watch these kids learn that no matter what storms, challenges, or situations they face… Jesus is always ready to rescue.

This week wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who prayed, served, cooked, taught, and encouraged along the way.

🌊🚨 Rescue Ready VBS – Day 4 Recap! 🚨🌊

Another amazing night at Rescue Ready VBS!

Tonight’s Rescue Hero was a Water Rescuer, and our Bible lesson focused on Jesus in Life’s Storms: Peter Walks on Water. The children learned that when we keep our eyes on Jesus, He helps us through life’s storms and challenges.

We enjoyed a cheeseburger sliders, fun crafts, sang songs, played games, and had the opportunity to hear from a trained water rescuer about the important work they do to help keep people safe.

We are so thankful for all of the rescue heroes who have shared their time and experiences with our children this week. What a blessing it has been to connect real-life rescuers with the greatest Rescuer of all—Jesus!

🚑❤️ Rescue Ready VBS – Day 3 Recap! ❤️🚑

What a wonderful evening we had at Rescue Ready VBS!

Tonight’s Rescue Hero was an EMT/Paramedic, and our Bible lesson focused on the story of the Good Samaritan, teaching us how to show compassion, kindness, and love to those around us—just as Jesus calls us to do.

The kids enjoyed chicken nuggets and mac & cheese, created fun crafts, sang songs, played games, and had the privilege of hearing from a retired EMT with over 30 years of service. We are so thankful for the many years she spent caring for and helping others in times of need.

It’s been an incredible week so far watching children learn about God’s love while meeting real-life rescue heroes from our community!

Join us tomorrow from 6:30–8:30 PM for another exciting evening of fun, food, friends, and faith. It’s not too late to be part of the adventure! 🚒🚑

🔥🚒 Rescue Ready VBS – Day 2 Recap! 🚒🔥

What an incredible night! We were so excited to welcome 97 children to VBS tonight—the highest attendance we’ve had since 2019! We’re so thankful for every child and family who joined us.

Tonight’s Rescue Hero was a Firefighter, and our Bible lesson focused on the courage and faith of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego as they stood boldly for God in the fiery furnace.

The kids enjoyed hot dogs for dinner, made fun crafts, sang songs, played games, and had the opportunity to hear from one of our local volunteer firefighters about serving and helping others in our community.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, parents, and community heroes who helped make tonight such a success!

We would love to welcome even more children tomorrow night from 6:30–8:30 PM. Come learn about God’s love, meet more Rescue Heroes, make new friends, and enjoy a meal together.
