"Your Epic Story: The Inward Journey - The Wall"

Using "The Critical Journey: Stages in the Life of Faith" by Hagberg & Guelich, and Joseph Campbell's "The Hero With a Thousand Faces" as a backdrop for this series, today we explore "The Wall" when OUR will meets God's will face to face. We learn that through surrender we find healing and in dying to self we are reborn.

In this phase of our own Epic Story we hit a wall we can't climb or fix. We must move through and let go in a deeper way.

In Week Three of "Your Epic Story" we consider the journey inward in which our faith is rediscovering God. We may experience this through a crisis or loss of old certainties, when we're searching for direction, and have intense inner questions.

During this phase of our faith journey we experience a deeper road of trials. We may think, "My old answers don't hold; I'm wrestling with God and myself and wondering what's really true.
