A few things about Compassion Young Adults if you’ve never been:

We love Jesus!
He is our EVERYTHING!

We bring our Bibles!
There’s just something about the physical written Word of God.

We worship!
Typically a few songs at the front and an altar call at the end, we prioritize lifting the name of Jesus.

We love community!
Real friendships and connection through the body of Christ is our hope for this group.

We would love to have you!
Seeing new faces and meeting new people are always a highlight of our weekly gatherings.

So, if you’ve never been, there’s a little insight to what goes on at CYA. And if you have been, we are so excited to see you again!

🙌 Even with the heat, the sweat, and the flies, Jesus is worthy to be praised! 🎶

The people at Timrod Park may not have come to there expecting to worship or encounter Jesus, but we did. We had the opportunity and privilege to meet them where they were, share the love of Christ and point them to the hope that’s only found in Him.

“And then He told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬

Josh said during the evangelism series, “If the Gospel is truth, then silence is not love.”
We have an obligation and a calling as believers to share the saving power of Christ’s love with everyone we encounter.
