Final Registration will take place in the Faith Formation Office on Tuesday, September 6, Wednesday, September 7, and Thursday, September 8, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Documents needed:
Baptismal Certificate
Parish Registration Number

You must be a registered parishioner to enter the program. If you are not, please contact the Rectory at 516-354-0482 to register in the parish first.
