We’ve turned the calendar to August, Logan County Fair week is almost complete, and school sports practices are starting - that means summer is coming to a close. Very soon! It’s Logan County Fair week. Several families and quite a few kids from our church family will be there all week displaying and showing their projects. There are great opportunities to show up and support the kids! After-all, it “takes a village”. And our church family “village” is pretty great! Especially the kids! Let’s start Fair Week off right - with worship tomorrow morning @ 9:00am!

It is another hot and dry weekend! Stay hydrated, friends. Rain is supposed to be on the way next week - keep those fingers crossed and the prayers-for-moisture coming!

One of the most powerful gifts that God gave us is the ability to communicate. And the words we speak can carry great weight and power. So how can we, and do we, use this gift…? Be there in worship for tomorrow’s message about the “Weight of Words”!

Happy Independence Day - America’s 250th birthday!

We hope you are having a blessed holiday weekend, and if you’re harvesting wheat, we hope that harvest is going safely. A few items of note for worship tomorrow morning:

(2) It is Communion Sunday;
(3) We’ll be singing patriotic hymns;
