One of the most beautiful things about baptism isn't just the person in the water, it's the people standing around them.

Family members wiping away tears. Friends cheering them on. A church family celebrating together.

It's a reminder that faith was never meant to be lived alone.

Just as friends once carried a man to Jesus through a crowded roof, we are called to walk alongside one another, encouraging each other toward Christ.

This weekend, we celebrated lives made new and a community committed to helping each other follow Jesus.

What a gift it is to witness God at work! 🙏

RCC is honored to partner with the Back 2 School Bash to help support families in need as they prepare for a new school year. Starting this weekend through July 19th, we’ll be collecting NEW adult shoes (sizes 6–13) to help bless our community.

A new pair of shoes may seem simple, but it can bring dignity, encouragement, and relief to a family walking through a difficult season. Together, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus by showing practical love in a meaningful way. ❤️

You can drop off donations during weekend services. Let’s come together and make sure families in Clay County feel seen, supported, and cared for as they head into a new school year!

Collection Dates: Starting this weekend, May 30th – July 19th
Needed: NEW Adult Shoes (Sizes 6–13)

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is a reminder that freedom is never free—it is carried on the shoulders of courage, selflessness, and love for others. 🇺🇸

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, we also hold close the hearts of those carrying the weight of loss. To every family grieving a loved one who served, we pray that God surrounds you with His peace, comfort, and strength.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

May we never take for granted the freedoms we’ve been given, and may we continue to live with gratitude, honor, and compassion. Today we remember. Today we give thanks. ❤️
