The class will be taught by
Millie Waldman a certified
Feldenkrais instructor and licensed physical therapist.
Feldenkrais movement helps with balance, body awareness, mobility and flexibility.
The class is at Congregation B'nai Israel 347 Wagner Ave
Fleischmanns
You do not need to be a member.
Registration not required - class is free/donations welcome.
Bring a yoga mat or small blanket/throw.
