The Uplift Free Store will be open this Saturday for our March event. The shelves are stocked and we are ready for customers. Store hours are 9 AM - 11 AM on 3/21. If you are able to bring back boxes or bring your own bags to carry out items that would be very helpful. Anyone is welcome to shop. In an effort to equally provide assistance to even more guests, we will be limiting items to 1 per commodity per guest this month. If you are picking up items for people that are not with you, we ask that you shop for yourself, then go to the end of the line to shop for others. This will help ensure that more shoppers have an opportunity to get items before we run out. We appreciate your understanding of this necessity.

Getting ready for the June free store day (6/21). This is what the monthly shopping inventory looks like before it gets placed on the shelves. This is about $1300 of product from the Dollar Tree in Robinson, IL. Not shown in this photo are the 25 cases of water and three cases of paper towels that were also purchased. We are ever so grateful for all of our financial supporters and store volunteers that help us keep this effort going from month to month! We are open only on the third Saturday of each month from 9 - 11 AM. Our store operates out of the basement of the Flat Rock United Methodist Church located a block north of the post office in Flat Rock. We serve anybody in need regardless of where you are from. Come and see us when we are open!
