We are excited to have three distinct and engaging services this year for our celebration of Jesus' birth.

5:00pm- Family Service- "Instapageant"
Fun interactive service with a colorful cast of characters...you!
This service will have ASL interpretation.

7:00pm -Nine Carols and Lessons
This is a service of readings and songs that places the story of Christmas in all of scripture.
This service will be livestreamed.

9:00pm-"We Tell This Story"
A liturgical service with communion that reminds us of why this story is central to our lives.

No worship will be held on December 25th so that our dedicated staff and Pastor can spend the day with family.

This class is a fast-paced basic overview of Christian principles of conflict resolution using the Peacemakers International model, taught by Mark and Eve Ford.

For Adults and mature teenagers. No childcare will be provided.

What generosity! We are thankful for everyone who has already contributed to our Good Gifts efforts this year. We need a bigger tree to fit all of the gift ornaments (at last count, there were 63). You all are such a gift to the world!

Looking for a way to meaningfully give in this holiday season? Join us in donating to the ECLA Good Gifts program! This program allows local individuals and families to give sustainable gifts to individuals and families in developing nations.

As we give here at Shepherd of the Hills, we are filling a tree with ornaments to represent the gifts that are going out into the world! We would love to hang an ornament in your name. You can do this several ways:

- Give online or through a check at church (designate "Good Gifts" in the note) and fill in your own ornament and hang it on the tree. Or,

- Give on the Good Gifts website (https://goodgifts.elca.org/) or send a check to the church. Send us an email with what you gave ([email protected]) and we will put the ornament up for you!

Join us in filling the world with the generosity of God's family!

Trick or Trunk was incredible! Thank you to all the congregation and community members who decorated their vehicles and handed out pounds and pounds of candy to the crowd of kids who came! We received many comments about how this event is a favorite of families because of how safe and joy-filled it is!

We have completed our livestream setup! Although there are a few more finer details to work out, we are confident in the system proving a great at-home experience for those who are ill, being cautious, or otherwise unable to attend in-person worship.

Moving forward, we will be discontinuing the weekly worship emails, unless there is a time change or special event. Instead, we have several worship webpages that will be consistent sources for our online worship resources. Please bookmark them and stay tuned to updates there!
