Grab your sunscreen, water bottles, and a friend, and join us this morning from 10am to 12pm at Billericay Park for a fun-filled morning of playground adventures, splash pad fun, and great company!

❄️🏔️ What a week on Snowball Mountain! 🏔️❄️ This week, more than 100 children, youth, and volunteers laughed, learned, sang, created, played, prayed, served, and discovered what it means to find their strength in God.

Together we learned: 🎿 I can use my gifts. 🏔️ I can be brave. 🎒 I can give my all. ❄️ I can pray. 🌄 I can hope.

From snowball fights and bounce houses to science experiments, Creation Station masterpieces, new friendships, worship, Bible stories, and countless moments of joy, God was at work all around us.

We surpassed our goal of collecting 150 stuffed animals for children in foster care and residential treatment programs, thanks to the incredible generosity of our church family. We celebrated with confetti cannons, one final giant snowball fight, and plenty of cheering!

To every camper, youth leader, volunteer, staff member, donor, parent, and supporter: thank you. You helped create a week full of faith, laughter, belonging, and memories that will last long after the snow has melted.

The songs will fade, the decorations will come down, and the snowballs have all been thrown... but the love of God we experienced together goes with us wherever we go. 💙❄️

❄️🏔️ What a week. Snowball Mountain Challenge was filled with songs and science experiments, snowball fights and new friendships, Praise Pals and Bible stories, crafts and games, laughter and learning.

Together, we discovered that we can use our gifts, be brave, give our all, pray, and hope. We celebrated every challenge conquered, every medal earned, and every moment of joy along the way.

Most importantly, we experienced what happens when a community comes together. Campers, volunteers, leaders, families, and supporters helped create a week where kids felt seen, valued, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith.

Thank you to everyone who climbed the mountain with us. 💙

One last snowball fight. One last dance party. One last chance to celebrate an incredible week at Snowball Mountain Challenge!

❄️🏔️ We made it to the summit!

Day 5 of Snowball Mountain Challenge was the perfect ending to an incredible week. Today we met our final Praise Pal, Summit the Mountain Goat 🐐, and learned that I Can Hope! Through the story of Peter and John at the temple (Acts 3), we discovered that God is still at work bringing healing, joy, and hope into our lives and our world.

The celebrations started early as our Challengers earned their fifth and final challenge medal of the week! 🏅 Campers sang and danced to the songs they learned throughout VBS, made SUPER bubbles in science, celebrated with Bubble Jim during games, and enjoyed one last morning of laughter, friendship, and adventure together. 🎶🫧✨

And then came the surprise...

All week we thought we had collected around 140 stuffed animals to be made into weighted comfort animals for those who need them. But at the very last moment, Ms. Amanda brought in 11 more donations, pushing us past our goal and bringing our final total to over 150 stuffed animals! 🧸💙🎉

That could only mean one thing: confetti cannons and a MASSIVE snowball fight! ❄️🎊☃️

What an amazing week. Thank you to every camper, volunteer, leader, donor, and family who made Snowball Mountain Challenge such a joyful adventure. We laughed, learned, sang, played, served, and discovered that God has given us strength for every climb.

But the fun isn't over yet...

🎉 Join us TONIGHT for our VBS Block Party from 6:30–8:30 PM! We'll have inflatables, games, crafts, music, bubbles, a soda bar, and fun for the whole family. Everyone is welcome!

❄️🙏 Day 4 at Snowball Mountain Challenge was all about discovering that I Can Pray!

Today we heard the story of Jesus praying in the garden before His arrest (Matthew 26). Even in a moment of fear, uncertainty, and difficulty, Jesus turned to God in prayer... and He reminds us that we can do the same.

We also met our Praise Pal of the day, Drift the Bald Eagle 🦅 and spent another action-packed morning on the mountain! Challengers learned new songs and dances, bounced their hearts out during games, created growing sponge creatures in science, explored God’s story, laughed with friends, and made memories all morning long. 🎶🏰🔬✨

And our campers continue to amaze us with their generosity! 💙 We have officially surpassed our original goal of collecting 100 stuffed animals for local children and now have more than 120 donated stuffies! 🧸🎉 Our new goal is 150, and we think this amazing group is up for the challenge.

Whether we’re celebrating, worried, excited, or unsure, prayer helps us stay connected to God, who is always listening.

❄️🏔️ Campers, crew leaders, Praise Pals, science experiments, music, creativity, snowball fights, and SO many smiles!

Snowball Mountain Challenge is about so much more than just one thing. It's campers meeting new friends. It's volunteers sharing their gifts. It's laughter echoing through the halls and kids discovering that God has given each of them unique strengths and abilities. Through games, crafts, science, worship, and every adventure in between, we're learning how to use those gifts to love and serve others.

We're only halfway up the mountain, but what an incredible adventure it has already been! 💙✨
