Parenting teenagers is a lot. You don’t have to do it alone. 💛 Parents and caregivers of students in grades 5–12 are invited to join us for our Youth Parent Gathering on Sunday mornings between services.

This is a space to connect with other parents who are navigating some of the same joys, questions, challenges, and what on earth do I do with this? moments you are. Each week includes time to check in with one another, share what’s going well (and what isn’t!), and spend a little time reflecting on Scripture together.

🌟 ELCA YOUTH GATHERING 2027... ARE YOU IN?! 🌟 Next summer, our high school students have the opportunity to join thousands of young people from across the ELCA for an unforgettable experience of worship, community, service, learning, and faith together.

This is more than just another youth trip. It’s a chance to experience the Church on a HUGE scale, meet people from all over the country, ask big questions, grow together, and make some pretty incredible memories along the way. 💛

📣 THE IMPORTANT PART:
Our CTS registration deadline is October 16! Students who want to attend need to register with us by this date so we can be ready when Gathering registration opens.

💵 Estimated cost: $450 per student
💳 Deposit: $100
📅 CTS DEADLINE: OCTOBER 16

🌱 PUT DOWN ROOTS THIS FALL.

High School Ministry is growing in a new direction this fall with Root Circles... small groups designed to give students a consistent place to be known, ask questions, build relationships, and grow in faith together. And the best part? Students get to choose the circle that works for them.

Each semester, high school students can choose from different Root Circles with different leaders, meeting days, times, and focuses. Most circles meet every other week, making it easier to find a rhythm that actually fits into busy high school life.

Our 9th graders also have a special option to continue meeting with their Confirmation Mentors as they transition into high school! Swipe through to meet our Fall 2026 Root Circles and find the one that feels like the right fit for you. 🌳

We're looking forward to another great topic at Pub Theology tonight at 7 pm at Maschcraft, Fishers!

What happens when faithful people disagree over interpretation of scripture? How can a church or other group of Christians journey together when there are significant differences in how we understand the call to faithfully living according to the teachings of the Bible?

Although Pub Theology always welcomes "Faithful Disagreement" - no matter the topic - we'll be breaking down and exploring how people of faith might engage in faithful disagreement in ways that respect the conscience of others. We will explore models of faithful disagreement that can push back on the narratives of "all-or-nothing" division that so dominate the culture these days.
It's bound to be another great topic! See you tonight!

Just received word that these very "Flood Buckets" are being distributed in Brookville and other communities in the eastern part of the state. Last month, Deacon Ashley coordinated with the Indiana-Kentucky Synod Disaster Coordinator and the Youth Group from Missouri who headquartered at CTS during their Mission Trip to assemble 200 of them. They are filled with critical cleaning and personal supplies. We are sad neighbors are suffering...but grateful that we were poised to help.

It's the 2nd Thursday of the month - which means it's PUB THEOLOGY! Join us tonight as two of our amazing Young Adults take the lead and guide us into meaningful conversation! Here's a snapshot of where we're headed tonight:
"This Thursday we will be discussing the changing views on justice and the church from the perspective of young adults. We will address topics that (in our eyes) are very important to our generation, and why some church's stances on those topics might be barriers in attending church or coming to Christ."

Gather your team (or come solo!) for a night of laughter, friendly competition, themed tables, and our brand-new Silent Auction as we raise funds to refresh our Youth Room for the students of Christ the Savior.
