This Sunday, October 4, is the second Sunday of our new Women of the Bible sermon series!

Join us at 9:00 AM as we explore the story of Abigail and discover how her wisdom, courage, and faith helped bring peace in the midst of conflict. ❤️

This Sunday is also Communion Sunday. We are reminded that Jesus sat with sinners and thieves, and all were welcome at his table. That still holds true today—all are welcome at the table.

All are welcome — come as you are!

🎉 Exciting things are happening at Finlayson United Methodist Church! ⛪❄️

This week we celebrated the arrival of a brand-new commercial upright freezer! 🎉 This wonderful addition, purchased through the partnership of Finlayson United Methodist Church and our Community Meal ministry, will help us better serve our neighbors for years to come.

While we’re excited about the freezer, what we’re celebrating even more is the incredible heart behind this ministry. ❤️ Kari pours countless hours into organizing, planning, and making sure our Community Meal is a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Her passion for serving others and building community is truly inspiring, and this freezer is another tool that will help support the amazing work she leads.

Kari, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your servant’s heart, and the love you share with our community. We are so grateful for you and all you do to make this ministry possible.

God is doing amazing things, and we can’t wait to see how this new addition helps us continue feeding both bodies and souls. 💙
