The history of our little church goes back to the late 1700s when we began as a meeting house church. Our first cornerstone at the Gamber Road location dates back to 1872. The rich history of this community of faith is evident in the families that continue to worship and serve with the church and wider community.

Seeking vendors for church/community yard sale & flea market - Calvary United Methodist Church, located at 3939 Gamber road, Finksburg, MD 21048 is hosting a yard sale and vendor market on Saturday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Spaces 8’ x 10’ are available on a first-come/first-served basis for just $25 plus $10 for us to provide a table and 2 chairs.
