The Botetourt Music Academy (BMA) would like to invite anyone who loves singing or would love to learn to sing, to join one of their choirs (all ages are included from 3 to adult). Spaces are now open!

Information regarding cost and how to register can be found on their page and on the St. Mark's website. Scholarships are available and family discounts also apply! Rehearsals take place on Wednesdays for all choirs and the fall classes begin August 31st!

There is now also a BALLET class which meets on Mondays.

Tonight, Wednesday, August 5 -- Evening Prayer on Zoom only. Join us at 7:30pm. You can find the Zoom link on our web page.

On Thursdays, if you like to sew or do needlework, join in with the ladies of the Dorcas Needlework Guild who meet at 10am in the "Blue Building" for quilting and any other needlework you might want to do.

Also, please join us for our noon Brown Bag Bible Study in the Ministry Center library. We are studying Galatians!

Sundays at 9am we have started a new Adult Education class called Law & Gospel -- A Theology for Sinners (and Saints). It meets in the church in the former vesting room.
Sundays at 10am - Holy Communion, Rite I in the sanctuary.

Evening Prayer (Wednesdays)
Lay readers from the congregation lead an online spoken service of daily prayer following the form of the Book of Common Prayer 1979, every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom only. There is no music, and a brief meditation is offered.

NEW — May 2026
On the last Wednesday of each month, join us for a Celtic Service of Evening Prayer — a meditative moment that allows for silence and prayer to listen for the voice of God.

Brown Bag Bible Study (Thursdays)
A casual, hour-long study beginning at 12:05pm in the Ministry Center. Bring your lunch and join in person or on Zoom (link on our website). Drop-ins always welcome.
