The 1st night of Rainforest Falls Bible School was a success!! We had a great group of kids and plenty of wonderful helpers!! The kids enjoyed a Snake sub sandwich, tiger tails (cheese puffs), jungle vines ( green licorice), and snake eggs (grapes) for supper. Then a blue jello cup with a frog on a Lilly pad for dessert. We learned several new songs, made a cross craft, watched a science project and played with the parachute outside. We met Tango the Parrot in the puppet show. The lesson to night was on Creation, the kids learned that God created everything, even us. We ended the night with a visit from Ada Bair and Marla Clark talking about the Food for Thought program. All of our money collected from VBS will be donated to them.

Happy Birthday to Karen Murphy, Marilyn Fox, and Jana and Ron Snodgrass. We celebrated our May Birthday’s Sunday evening with pizza for supper and cake and ice cream for dessert. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate!!

Today was Youth Sunday. We enjoyed singing fun children’s songs with motions. The kids answered a few questions about the lessons they have had in Children’s church over the last few months.

WE ARE SO EXCITED!!! BIBLE SCHOOL STARTS NEXT WEEK!!!
Dottie the Tiger, Tia the Anteater, Tango the Parrot, and Scout the Dog can’t wait to share the stories about Jesus!
Be sure to bring your children next Wed., Thurs., and Friday from 5:30 - 8:00.
We will serve supper at 5:30, then have music, lesson, games, crafts, a science project, and puppet shows each night.
All children welcome from Preschool through 5th grade.

MARK THIS ON YOUR CALENDER!!!

Bring your children to Bible School on June 3rd, 4th, and 5th from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. We have a lot of fun things to do each night. Supper (Rainforest style) will start at 5:30. We will be learning a few new songs from the Rainforest, learning a lesson from the Bible each night, our science professor will be teaching a new experiment, and there will be a craft each night. Also, a daily puppet show with our friends from the rainforest. We cannot wait for all your kids to join us!!!
