We have a few videos from VBS I am going to share this week. This one is our puppet show from the VBS program Sunday morning. I would also like to thank the families that brought their children last week. The kids were all so respectful and well mannered. We truly enjoyed them each night!!

It was a FUN Sunday with the VBS program. Cullen and Bree taught the lessons each night. They ask the kids some questions and shared highlights of each nights lesson. Our puppets, Scout the dog, Tango the parrot, Dottie the tiger, and Tia the Anteater also shared highlights from the week. Edith Ewing was our speaker for Food for Thoughts. She shared more amazing information about how they are going to provide food for a child’s family, not just the child. Our kids collected $500.00 to donate to Food for Thoughts. The kids sang the songs they learned. Afterwards we enjoyed a wonderful dinner with fried chicken and too many wonderful sides to list. Thank you to everyone that helped make this VBS a success!!

This is a video from Thursday night’s puppet show. Join us tomorrow for our VBS program. The kids are going to sing the VBS songs and share what they learned each night. Services start at 10:15. Everyone is welcome!!

What an amazing last night of VBS!! The kids lesson to night was about God’s love is forever. They enjoyed Tropical Timber Pepperoni and Jungle Jay cheese pizza for supper, with some rays of sunshine oranges, and Monkey Tales (banana dipped in chocolate and sprinkles). They enjoyed music, craft, the science professors project, games outside, and the puppet show with Scout and Tia the Anteater. Barb Drodz came to speak about Food for Thoughts. All of the money raised at VBS will be donated to them.

Day 2 at Rain Forrest Falls VBS was another fun night!! The kids enjoyed Dinosaur nuggets, a jungle fruit stick, a lion veggie tray, and canopy cabins for supper. The lesson to night was God is our Refuge, they learned about David running from Saul. I believe a few of the kids got a little wet in the rainforest during lesson time, There was some misting of rain. They all made a craft, enjoyed an experiment with our science professor, and played games outside. We learned more about Food for Thought as Barbie Housewright was the speaker to night, she done a great job!!
Come join us tomorrow night for our last night of VBS. We will have a VBS program on Sunday starting at 10:15 and a dinner after the service.
