And in case you missed it, here is some more info on just how NOT GOOD being isolated without community is:

Chronic loneliness is linked to:

anxiety & depression
panic attacks
sleep disruption
disordered thinking
increased risk of heart disease & stroke
(Some studies compare its health effects to smoking 15 ci******es a day.)
