When we think of worship, we often think of singing, raised hands, and music. And you would be right! But…there’s so much more!

Every time we offer our gifts, time, and LIVES as a sacrifice to Jesus - it is worship. Every week in VBS, every greeting at the door, every careful stewardship of the church building, every summer camp as a youth counselor, every parking lot direction… it can all be worship!

Whatever you do, do it for the glory of God. And let our lives be a living sacrifice to Him!!!

Chronic loneliness is linked to:

anxiety & depression
panic attacks
sleep disruption
disordered thinking
increased risk of heart disease & stroke
(Some studies compare its health effects to smoking 15 ci******es a day.)
