During our worship Service, you can expect to experience a time of celebration as we honor our Awesome God through open praise with the lifting of our hands and voices. Our Choir & Praise Team will usher you into the presence of God and prepare your hearts and minds for the Word of God that will be delivered through our Senior Pastor or a designee.

On behalf of Bishop Dwayne Campbell, our Leaders, and entire Elm Street Church Family, we would like to welcome Bishop & Lady Clinton G. Ruddock as the New Administrative Leaders of the COG Florida COCOA!

Today, we celebrate God’s faithfulness and His divine order.

The Florida-Cocoa Church of God Executive Office joyfully welcomes and congratulates our newly appointed Administrative Bishop Dr. and Lady, Clinton & Ann-Marie Ruddock.

We thank God for His guidance in this historic appointment and look forward with great anticipation to this new season of vision, leadership, and Kingdom advancement. We are praying for God’s wisdom, strength, favor, and abundant anointing as they lead the churches and ministries of Florida-Cocoa.
