It's that time again. We need proposals. Please look over the current contract, check your pocker book, think back over the last 4 years and remember your family time, and will you ever be able to sleep in and use that recliner that was bought for you on your very first father's day. Get your thinking caps on and jot down some orders for negotiating committee. Be ready to stand for your beliefs. Talk with your families and discuss with them the needs of your brothers and sisters, which will help them too. USW Local 766, we have always stood strong and together. I thank you for that. Let's make this about us(members and family). This will be the first time in 20 years that we are not 100% strong. We can do it without the few that don't stand with us.
