We had such an amazing couple days at the Pause Retreat! 60 young adults spent time unplugged and off the grid, learning what it truly looks like to rest in the Lord through reading His Word, prayer, and fasting. The Lord worked so mightily in every single person, and we are so thankful for all He did in these few days.

We pray that we can carry what we’ve learned into our everyday lives, continuing to seek His presence and rest in His goodness!
